    After purchasing a Windbooster throttle controller, to ensure your warranty rights, please keep the completed warranty card in a safe place. A valid warranty card, which contains complete, accurate, and unaltered information, is essential for your warranty coverage.

  2. Service Terms:
    Customers who purchase our products can enjoy free warranty service within two years for any non-human-caused malfunction or damage. If your product does not qualify for free replacement or warranty service, our company still provides technical support, and charges only for replacement parts if repair involves material costs.

  3. Purchase Date:
    The purchase date is based on the date of the invoice, receipt issued by the dealer, or the official receipt.

  4. Conditions Excluding Free Warranty Service:
    Warranty is not applicable if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Damage or malfunction caused by human factors, misuse, operating in abnormal environments, or not following usage instructions.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the product without approval from the company.
  • Damage resulting from improper transportation after purchase.

  • Damage to the barcode label on the product.
