Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Please note:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Products purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us with your order details. The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Exchange Process:

Contact our support team with your order number and the details of the product you’d like to exchange.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll process the exchange and send out the replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and downloadable software products.
